If there is one thing that you should know about David it is that he always chases his dreams. Regardless of the obstacles that stand before him. Whether it is leaving his home in Cuba and starting a new life in the United States at a young age or overcoming the rigorous challenges of nursing school at Florida Gulf Coast University. He is a constant reminder that everyone deserves to have an opportunity to have the life and home they’ve always dreamt of.
At the age of seven, David’s immediate family was lucky enough to have won the Cuban lottery. His parents, himself and younger sister were given U.S. residency and a new chance to start over. However, it was not all fun and games. David was now in a foreign place with little to no knowledge about the culture and language. But just like with everything else he does, he adapted and overcame.
It has always been David’s passion to help people. Whether it is helping you sell or find your next perfect home, he will be with you every step of the way to guide and/or advise you.
Growing up and living in Palm Beach County for the past two decades gives David an excellent advantage that not many else have. He has watched this beautiful county grow into what it is today. David has traveled from coast to coast and all over the world but still chose to live and work in the county he has called home for most of his life. He is a dedicated and goal-oriented realtor looking to make the dreams of others come true.
